Preferred Site Requirements
To ensure a smooth and successful Buddy’s bar-b-q experience, we’re looking for sites that meet these criteria:
- Lot size of at least 0.75 acres for optimal layout
- Minimum of 40 parking spaces to handle peak traffic
- Speed limit of 40 mph or lower to allow safe and easy access
- Easy ingress and egress with multiple access points
- Left-hand turn capability for convenient entry and exit
- Prime location on the going-home side for high visibility and convenience
- Drive-thru capacity for at least 6 cars to manage busy hours
- Minimum daily traffic count of 30,000 to maximize exposure
