| Wedding Cakes |
- You may bring in your own cake. We will provide plates, forks and beverage napkins. If you need our service to cut your cake, there will be a $25 fee per cake

| Liquor |
- We do not have a liquor license, but you are welcome to bring in your own liquor. Set-ups will be provided for @ $1.50 / guest. Bartenders are $20/hour; minimum 3 hours. They are contracted and paid separately. Wine & champagne glasses are available at no extra charge.
- Beer Availability:
- Large keg (180 servings) @ $275
- Small keg (90 servings) @ $175
- Bottled beer selection @$2.50 each

- We provide a cake table, buffet tables and gift table. Additional tables are 8.00 each.
- Beige vinyl tablecloths are complimentary.
- White or Ivory linen tablecloths available @$6.00 per table. Linen napkins are complimentary.

The Bearden Banquet hall will add a 18% service charge & Tennessee state sales tax to the final total of the bill.
