Thank you for inquiring about Buddy's Catering Service. All of our menus are served buffet style. Below you will find our most popular menus and pricing information. These prices are based on jobs guaranteeing between 50 - 200 people and catered in the Knoxville area. Jobs outside the Knoxville area will include a mileage fee. A $100 deposit is required to confirm your catering event. The deposit is refundable with a 48 hour cancellation notice.
Buddy's has portable BBQ pits as well as refrigerated trucks to insure that your food is served fresh and hot as needed and that your guests enjoy the aroma of real pit bbq.
A serving time of one hour is schedule for jobs of 100 or less. If additional serving time is required, there will be an additional charge of $25.00 per hour. We provide tables, tablecloths, serving equipment and utensils for the buffet line.
The number of guests must be guaranteed 48 hours prior to your event. The numbers guaranteed is the number you will be charged for unless you exceed your guaranteed number. The additional guests will be added to your bill. Please feel free to call 865.588.0051. Then sit back and relax!!
